Simple Feather Meander
I taught my friend how to make a t-shirt quilt like the award winning Red Sox quilt I made. I helped her with each step, she did a beautiful job, and her quilts turned out great! She made one for her husband, and one for her father-in-law. The quilting design on both quilts is called Stars and Hearts.
Stars and Hearts
A very lovely lady brought me 13 Grandmother's Flower Garden quilt sections in various sizes, and asked me to make something out of them. The blocks were beautifully hand pieced. I layed them out on the background we chose, hand appliqued them down, then quilted over the whole thing. The finished wall hanging was given to her daughter, they were both extremely happy with the finished quilt! The quilting design is called Deb's Feathers.
